Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Our shipments & deliveries occur on weekends or holidays depending on your state location. Expectations you should expect if the company is experiencing a high volume of orders, allow an additional 2 days for processing. If there are any changes within your order they can be communicated via email correspondence.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*U.S. orders are shipped with priority mail via the United States Post Office.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please ensure all addresses are clear and can receive mail (bulk mail).

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon order confirmation you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Damages

YouKnoDaVibes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email me directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

YouKnoDaVibes LLC is only shipping United States orders at the moment. Subject to change.
